Alright, so, with some considerable work we have finally done up a set of roughly half-hour long files, made to stimulate various states of mind.

We've tested these a bit, but reports on further testing will be appreciated. We're only releasing one for free, due to the degree of work Elena apparently put into these.

Now, a summary of what they are:

Each binaural brainwave entrainment file is essentially a set of binaural tones, halfbeat tones which play half through one side of a speaker channel, half through the other. Essentially, you put on headphones, and the tones trick your brain into shutting down by disorienting it through what is essentially an exploitation of the mind's ability to locate sounds three dimensionally. Confuse it enough, then the beats synch up to certain brainwave patterns, alpha, beta, delta, or theta. The result is a certain state of mind, then we vary the binaurals and sounds to induce continued or differing feelings. Elena's worked on one to simulate orgasm, and we also have several meant to put the brain in the perfect state for hypnosis to follow. The file we've put up as a free sample produces a feeling of extreme deepness and dissociation. Give it a try. It's about a half hour long. Time loss reports are common. I'm about to give this file a go (with Raeft on the line); I've tried it before, but it was only mildly effective because it was in the wrong format. Now, it's in the right format, and we'll see how it goes. I'm a notoriously bad subject, so if it works for me, that's good news for everyone.

Also, just to update people on where I've been; I had finals for the first half of the month, and ever since, I've been dealing with a lot of random stressors, including a land lord who violates state code and is pretty damn mean. Board of health will be getting involved (not even kidding). So, I'm looking forward to spending some quality hypno time with Raeft for the next couple weeks, and also working on the site some more.
