Not that I mean I will havedeliberately put any undesirable element in or am flouting the rules but just so that there is absolutely no confusion and the guidelines are followed? Thank you.

That really won't be necessary. We're not going to eat you alive if you accidentally post something against the rules. Really, the only things that aren't allowed are listed.

I think the guideline was that trolls wouldn't be fed--they'd be eaten. And that's still true. If you're ever not clear on a guideline, just make sure to read over the list carefully to make sure you didn't just misread :-)
