Hey, just wondering if having the body part of a file playing in a loop while you're sleeping will be affective. Has anyone has success with it?

I haven't looped a file for this effect but I was taken so deep while listening to Mistress Elena and I was quite tired that I fell asleep when the body of the file started. After I woke the effect of the file worked so strongly that it was natural and a part of me. So yes it is effective. Now I will try looping a body to listen while I sleep.

Yay go you! That was sort of a one off it's not happened since. I'm not sure about the reasoning why it worked so well last time, but I would say now my conclusion is similar to yours...I wish I knew why it worked so well! Perhaps I was not asleep after all...I wish it did work that well! Nice to meet you by the way, welcome! Love your name!

I have a somewhat related question... I'm not advocating this, mind you, but merely curious, I've been wondering whether taking one of the so called hypnotic sleep medications, like Sonata, Lunesta, Rozerem etc.but staying up, would be likely to affect the hypnotic state in any way?

Sounds really unhealthy to me. I'd be careful with that unless specifically advised otherwise by a trusted source. Like a doctor. |
