myself, if the file would make a person eat less to increase their metabolism, i dont think i would listen as with no more than i do eat due to an appetite loss i have had now for over 6 years, there is a good chance that eating less would really do some damage to my body. maybe something that would give a person that little push into doing something like cardio, yet start out at a beginners level and work themselves up, and as lissar suggest, change eating habits to something more healthy to increase metabolism.
i am one that if there is nothing holding me back, i tend to jump straight into the advanced and end up with really sore muscles for a really long time. i tend to over do it and go quite hard when i start, kind of like riding a bicycle, i dont start out pedalling slow, i have a need-for-speed if you will. it is as if i have no control over how fast or how hard i do any kind of workouts, so, if the file would be made, there would need to be the suggestion to not start hard right from the start but for the person to start out slow and work themselves up, just incase i would happen to use the file.
