I've been into the idea of hypnosis and being hypnotized from a young age when I saw various films or TV shows etc that contained it. At that young age I didn't understand it really but the idea of it seemed very alluring. As I got older I learned more about it and became more eager to experience it. When I was old enough through the miracle of the web I was able to do this. It was simply a basic relaxation session with no uderlying or lasting effects but I loved it and wanted to expand to wider experiences. I delved briefly into the 'hypno-fetish community' ready to try something with a more erotic or dominant theme. I found a file (I forget where from) that was simply designed to increase arousal and lead to an orgasm. It was less successful than the first and didn't produce the full intended effect. I wasn't entirely resistant as i was taken into relaxation and I felt heavy etc but the suggestions and post hypnotic suggestions were not embedded deeply enough. I had an element of difficulty been taken deep enough ino trance that bodily changes or effects took place.

This continued for a time until I stumbled across a website called subliminallyyours.com. I'd never heard of it and so went to take a look. When I arrived I knew why I hadn't heard of it; it was still in very early development, with only the very basic 'skeleton' of the site completed. I was curious and so returned periodically to see if it was ready. When the 'Can't be hypnotized' offer was introduced I decided to contact asking for tips on how to experience a deeper trance. I was contacted by Mistress Elena who gave me some wonderful advice on hw to deal with distractions during trance and just go deeper. I listened to the Moderate Trance trainer file and was overjoyed to find it worked without any problems! The trigger was successfully embedded, the first that had been! This effect and the success of the advice I had been given really hit home though after listening to the spa file; the exact effect was created in me and I did exactly what the file said! After I recovered from the effect ( which is fantastic by the way) I was even more overjoyyed that a strong post hypnotic suggestion like that (one that creates a bodily effect) was totally successful!

I now try to repeatedly train myself using the moderate trigger file so that the effect will get stronger and i can be taken deeper and deeper and experience anything any file had to offer!

myself, my interest in hypnosis started when i was around the age of 12 or 13. on the bus coming home from school, i watched a girl who was a couple grades high put a classmate into hypnosis, i got her to try putting me under but, it did not work. for some reason, i was unable to trance. a couple of months later, a kid just down teh street had let me borrow a book that explained how to put someone under and even how to put yourself under, i did not read the book all the way through like i should have. i skipped to the part about putting others under and read it a couple of times to memorize it before giving the book back. it was not long before i was putting my age group under. as a test to see if they had actually gone under, i would give them the suggestion that both of their arms were as light as a feather and they could not put them down without help, plus i also made them forget they were even put under. when i awoke them, they would get mad as no matter how hard they tried, they could not put their arms down, and therfore could not stand up out of the chair or get off the couch. they would wander why all the sudden their arms were out infront of them and they could not put them down. then, the un-thinkable happened, my voice cracked. it became so annoying that rather than look me in the eye and listen, they would laugh, i was no longer able to put them into hypnosis, so, i lost all interest in hypnosis.

then a couple of years ago, i stumbled onto some site about hypnosis and ended up at a site called Warp My Mind, and i tried to trance with those files with no luck, but was still interested in hypnosis and getting myself into trance. i stumbled onto another site and found a recording called sleep deeper by Lady Jenifahr, and took the advice given by a feamle hypnotist online and stayed with the file, and after 2-3 weeks of trying every night before bed, one night, i felt tingly all over, which smoothly transitioned into feeling as if i were floating on a cloud, then i felt hundreds of small hands holding onto me as if to keep me from floating any higher. the next day, i posted my results on a yahoo group and the female hypnotist confirmed i had finally acheived trance. boy, i felt like a kid in a candy store, especially after being told i was lucky to acheive trance in such a short time as most everyone else in the group had taken 3-6 months if not more. i started playing with the files on WMM, one file put me under so deep so fast, that i got spooked and had not been able to get back into trance and feel like i was floating until the other day. i listened to obey women and went deep, though the floating sensation keeps coming and going but, the best results i have had in over a year. i was almost amazed the other day as in the afternoon, i decided i would try the file for the second time that day and eventhough it was playin on my computer and i was in this computer chair, i started drifting off to trance again, then i heard something fall and popped out of trance, had i more time before having to get some sleep for work, i could have gave the file another go that night. in the morning though, i went back to WMM and was looking through the files posted, and found the link for subliminallyyours.com, did the copy and paste, and here i am.

Here you are, nice to meet you MacGyver! I have listened to Lady Jenifahr in the past before finding this site! I didnt feel things as extensively as you as I never really achieved a proper trance until finding this site. But Lady Jenifahr's work was the most effective on me.

well, myself, i think it was a combination of Lady Jenifahr's voice and british accent. but i did not stick with sleep deeper long enough to get the trigger planted good, i had downloaded her resistance file, and did not follow directions, so when my computer played the file, i could not hear the last half or 3/4 of the file, i thought the windows media player was messed up or something, then i did as the instructions had said and gave the file a go after playing with sleepdeeper until i had acheived trance a few times, then went back to resistance, i did not even notice going into trance when shae said the trigger. what i did notice was her voice kept getting louder and i could not move or feel anything. then a short while later, maybe a month or so, my computer ate a lightning bolt and then when i recently got this computer, i downloaded her file again but am not able to hold trance with it any longer. i am thinkin it is due to being spooked by Godess Spiral's trigwoman2 file taking me down faster than expected, and i only really started to acheive trance again with obey women.

Thanks hehe! Her voice was the strongest reason that she was the most effective tist on me at that point. Sleep deeper implanted the trigger well and it did work. But now thanks to this site I can achieve trance much easier and am much closer to the level that you describe eg dropping right down. I was not spooked but overjoyed!

Maybe Elena will be kind enough to share those secrets with me Joker. I've been having similar problems. I found Elena's files and downloaded a few, but got stuck on the Night Night file because my trance never reached a deep enough state. Even with nothing in the room to distract me I've had no results. It probably doesn't help that I've had swine flu since before I tried her files, but the symptoms didn't really seem that distracting at the time. Other possible explanation is that I take stimulants for ADD. Thoughts anyone?
